Reservations
Reservations made more than 30 days prior to your stay require a 50% down payment of total rental cost to hold your dates, with the remainder due 30 days from your arrival date. Massage and exercise add ons must be paid in full 14 days before the reservation date. If reservations are made fewer than 30 days from your intended arrival date, full payment is required, at the time of booking.
Your reservation is treated as a private rental of the entire retreat center. Renting Kindred Circle is similar to renting a hall with one person in your party being responsible for the group and acting as coordinator to converse with the owner, reserve the space, and to send funds. The coordinator then invites and collects money from other guests that will be attending.
Rates
Friday, Saturday, or Sunday 4 or 6 hour rentals:
4 or 6 hour rentals may be booked on Fridays and Saturdays starting at 5:00 p.m. and on Sundays beginning at 10:00 a.m. Parties of up to 10 guests are $160 for four hours and $200 for 6 hours. Parties of 11-16 are $210 for four hours and $260 for six hour rentals. When available, additional hours may be booked at the rate of $30 per hour. This rental rate includes access to our living room, kitchen, bathroom, and large group area which includes tables and chairs, blue tooth speakers, and dance lights. Bodywork treatment rooms and sauna room are off limits unless bodywork and sauna sessions are scheduled.

Massage, craniosacral, and reiki may be added to stays with a 3 hour per group minimum. Half hour massage sessions are $55 and one hour massage sessions are $100 (gratuity included).
